Cancellations should be kept to a minimum to maximise the Student’s learning potential.

 

 

Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice

Notice of cancellation of a scheduled tutoring session, for any reason whatsoever, must be given more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, and an alternative session will be arranged at no added cost. For example, if the lesson is on Wednesday at 4pm, you must give notice of cancellation no later than 4pm on Monday.

 

 

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice

If, for whatever reason, notice of cancellation of a scheduled tutoring session is given with less than 48 hours before the start of the session, then full payment for the session will still be charged.

 

 

Tutor not available on the scheduled lesson

​

Should the Tutor not be available on the scheduled lesson for whatever reason, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and the session will be rearranged at no extra cost.

 

 

Alternative Sessions

​

Alternative Session will be arranged at no added cost if:

​

• The notice of cancellation is given more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

​

• The Tutor is not available on the day for whatever reason.

​

Termination During Session

​

If the Student or Client chooses to terminate a session early (for example, after one hour of a two-hour session), no refund will be provided. 

 

 

Multiple and consistent cancellations or no-shows

​

Should we receive multiple and consistent cancellations or no-shows, which we deem unreasonable, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement of services at our discretion.

 

 

Termination of Services

​

The tutoring services may be terminated at any time by any party. Lessons will continue unless an agreed termination date is defined.

​

• If, for whatever reason, you wish to terminate the tutoring services and you have block paid, we will refund any unused lessons providing more than 48 hours’ notice is given before the next scheduled tuition lesson. If you terminate the agreement with a tuition lesson in less than 48 hours, that lesson will not be refunded but all other sessions will be refunded.

• If, for whatever reason, should it be necessary for us to stop our services, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. We will also provide referrals for other tutors if requested and issue a refund for any unused tuition lessons.

 

 

Changes to Terms of Service

​

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes to the Terms of Service via the website, email or in person.
